Back in 2008 Kim Kardashian was attempting to turn the notoriety of her leaked sex tape into a career in the media. And so the reality star - whose show Keeping Up With The Kardashians had just premiered - understandably jumped at the chance to appear alongside a bona fide pop star in a TV pilot. The 35-year-old reality television star welcomed son Saint West, her second child with husband Kanye West, into the world earlier this month (05.12.15). Since then, the usually prolific tweeter has been absent from her various social networks as she gets used to life as a mother-of-two. But on Friday (18.12.15) Kim made her first appearance since the birth on a live video stream on her website.
Turning the camera on herself, Kim told her fans: "My boobs look enormous, which they are."
Wearing a low-cut black top, Kim's cleavage was certainly hard to ignore. She completed her casual look by wearing her raven hair in a side plait, and added some simple make-up for her video stream.
